Our 2014 Los Carneros Reserve Chardonnay is rich and elegant with complex aromas of
green apple, lemon crème, pear, mineral, apricot, and floral notes. Barrel aging and
fermentation in the finest tight grain French oak barrels provides a rich bouquet of
butterscotch, toasty vanilla, cedar, and nutmeg. The palate is rich and luscious,
balanced with bright acidity. Flavors of pear, grapefruit, apple, and lemon crème
linger on the long, smooth finish.
Richly flavored, with tiers of smoky, butterscotch-scented oak, fig, apricot and nectarine notes. Graceful despite the size, and easy to enjoy. Drink now. 450 cases made.
